First Video Blog! Delicious and Easy Pineapple Upside Down Cake :)
I don't bake often and nor do I make videos regularly. But I just had to bake this cake and put up a video, simply because this Pineapple Upside Down Cake is a classic. Delicious and super easy, I promise you will love it. The recipe details are mentioned below.

Ingredients:
Butter 60g
Butter 60g
Brown sugar 60g
Sliced pineapple 1 small tin
Flour 200g
Baking powder 1tsp
Ground cinnamon half tsp
Margarine 115g
Castor sugar 140g
Eggs- 2
Milk- quarter cup
Preparation:
-Cream the butter and brown sugar together and spread on the bottom of the baking tin.
-Arrange well drained pineapples on it.
-In a bowl sift and add the flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
- In another bowl beat eggs, margarine and castor sugar together until light and fluffy.
-Fold in the flour mixture alternatively with milk.
-Pour over prepared tin to cover the fruit.
-Bake at 180 degree Celsius for 40 mins. Leave to cool for 5 minutes and then flip the cake.
The pineapple upside down cake is ready!
