Best beach holiday | Maldives Vlog

I am so excited to share this Vlog with you guys simply because it was the best beach holiday ever! Everything about Maldives is perfect. It's like this little heaven made all pretty with the details. The colour of the water, sand, sky and the bright sunlight, it was an incredible experience to just be there to witness all that the island had to offer. Watch the video to get a feel of what I am talking about :)

Recommendations and tips-

  • We stayed at Maldives for 5 days and on two different Islands. Which I think is a great idea because there is nothing much to do there other than water sports of course and a change in view is welcome.
  • Here and here is where we stayed. The experience at both the resorts was fantastic. If I had to pick a favorite it would be Paradise Island Resort.
  • As far as possible schedule your transfer to and from the airport to the hotel during daytime. Our transfer from the hotel to the airport on the last day was scheduled at night since we had to board a late night flight. Though it was safe, I wouldn't recommend it cause we were the only passengers on the boat and the sea at night looks very scary. Haha!
  • The buffets were great and it is a good idea to go in for the full/half board plan while booking.
  • We traveled in January and it was hot! Sunscreen, hats, shades are a must.
  • Maldives is a beach destination so you don't need to pack much other than your swimsuits for the day. But evenings are all about dressing up. So pack accordingly! :)
